Oroville

The city of Oroville sits on the South end of Lake Osoyoos and at the convergence of the Okanogan and Similkameen Rivers.  Lake Osoyoos offers over five thousand acres of recreation and family fun with swimming, boating, water sports and fishing. At the border with British Columbia, Oroville has great locally grown bounty at its fruit stands and wine tasting at its four local wineries. Play 9 holes at the Oroville Golf Club.   For history, visit the Depot Museum in downtown or check out the historic Similkameen Trail.  A 7 mile round trip from the Depot Museum, this newly restored rail trail is ideal for hiking, biking, birding, wildlife and history.
